Why stop the victim, stop the offender?

Do you ever talk to your sons about the deadly Delhi vehicle crash and what they ought to do if one of their buddies advises performing similarly?
If a boy is involved in such an accident, it not only reflects poorly on the child as a person, but also on his parents.
How on earth could the parents have forgotten to instil a feeling of humanity in their child?

Shame on the media for giving the victim’s day and life in-depth coverage while maintaining silent on the facts about the culprit.

Do parents ever ponder what their kids should do if one of their friends decides to turn against the human race?
If parents are unable to instil in their child the seed of humanity, they have failed in their parental obligations.

The media should also interrogate the parents of the boys who perpetrated the crime about the tragedy their child committed.

Why not stop the offender instead of the victim? Boys should not be allowed to drive at night since they are the ones who engage in these activities; girls suffer as a result.
