WHEN SHOULD I EAT DRY FRUITS?

Dried Fruits are rich in dietary fibres, fructose and natural sugar.
They should not be taken in night.

Dry fruits such as walnuts, prunes, and dates should be eaten in the evening for a better bowel movement.

Almonds should be soaked overnight before the intake.

Apricots: Apricots provide for 47% of your daily vitamin A needs in a single serving and are a good source of potassium, vitamin E and copper.

It is better to consume raw dry fruits in the form of snacks throughout the day.

Only Walnuts are recommended to eat before sleep, rest all dry fruits should be eaten till evening only.
