How to register new a company/startup in India

To register a startup or a new company in India, you must do it through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). It’s possible to accomplish it from the comfort of your own home. The registration process comprises of:

Step 1: Obtaining a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
Step 2: Obtaining a Director Identity Number (DIN)
Step 3: Create an account on the MCA portal by registering as a new user at mca.gov.in.
Step 4: Form a corporation or file an application for a business license.
