Global Innovation Fund

The Global Innovation Fund is a non-profit impact-first investment fund with offices in London, Washington, D.C., and Nairobi. They put money into the development, rigorous testing, and scaling up of innovative goods, services, business processes, or policy reforms that are more cost-effective than current practises and aimed at helping the world’s poorest people.

They support these breakthrough ideas from for-profit companies, non-profit organisations, researchers, and government agencies with grants and risk capital to maximise their effect and catalyse substantial change. They provide an open window to receive creative ideas and analyse whether they are appropriate for GIF investment because the best ideas for solving some of the world’s most pressing development problems can come from anybody, anywhere.
