Low Fat Chicken and Apple Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

* 2 cups cooked skinless chicken breast, cubed
* 1 stalk of celery, sliced
* 1 medium unpeeled apple, diced
* 1/4 cup raisins
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1/4 cup low fat yogurt
* 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
* 1 tsp curry powder

Preparation:

Place chicken cubes in a medium bowl along with sliced celery, diced apple and raisins. In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over chicken and toss to coat.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole Easy Recipe

Ingredients:
8 Oz Frozen Broccoli
2 Chicken breast cut in size you want
1/2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheese

1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt according to taste
1/2 Butter

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 F
Step 2: In a oven tray, apply butter on the surface
Step 3: Put the Chicken Breast Pieces
Step 4: In a separate bowl ,mix mushroom soup, milk, salt, black pepper and stir well
Step 5: Now arrange chopped green onions on and near Chicken pieces
Step 6: Arrange broccoli on and near Chicken pieces
Step 7: Pour the mushroom soup + milk mixture on Chicken, Green Onions, Broccoli
Step 8: Spread basil equally all over
Step 9: Spread Shredded cheese all over
Step 10: Cover the tray with foil
Step 11: Now keep this covered tray in oven for 50 mins
Step 12: After 50 mins, remove the foil and Broil the oven and keep the tray under broiler for 4 mins

Prep Time: 7 Minutes
Cook Time: 50 Minutes
Broil time: 4 Minutes

Total time : 61 minutes

Tip 1:You can use simple onions instead of green onions
Tip 2:Add more vegetable according to your taste, Peas, corn, zucchini etc
Tip 3:Use Fat free butter and save some calories
